12-hour window to cancel or modify your order before production begins.

12-Hour Cancellation Window

Because every jersey is custom-made with your name and number, we begin production quickly. Once production starts, the jersey is unique to your order and cannot be resold to anyone else.

You can cancel or modify any order within 12 hours of placement, free of charge. After 12 hours, production has likely started and cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel

  1. Email [email protected] with subject line “Cancel Order #[your order number]”
  2. Include your name and email used to place the order
  3. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day
  4. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method

Order Modifications

Within the 12-hour window, you can also request:

  • Change of name, number, size, or color
  • Change of shipping address
  • Adding or removing items from your order

After the 12-hour window, modifications are not possible.

Late Cancellation Requests

If you request cancellation more than 12 hours after ordering, we will check production status:

  • If production has not started, we will cancel and refund in full
  • If production has started, cancellation is not possible, but we will work with you on alternatives (gift to a friend, store credit, etc.)
