Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every jersey we sell is made to order. After you place your order, our production process takes:

• 3-5 business days for standard sublimation jerseys
• 5-7 business days for stitched jerseys (numbers and letters are sewn on)
• +1-2 business days during peak seasons (October-January, playoff weeks, holidays)

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total order time = production + shipping.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Most standard orders ship for $5.99-$8.99 per item.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order leaves our facility. You can also track at any time via our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.

Customs & Import Duties (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Purrsonal Sports is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update (sometimes scanned as delivered before final drop-off)
3. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your order number — we will open a carrier claim and issue a replacement

For damaged shipments, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before production starts (typically within 12 hours of order placement). Once production begins, the address is locked in. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to update an address.
