Quick summary: All jerseys are custom made-to-order with your name and number. We accept returns and replacements for defective items, wrong items, and shipping damage within 30 days of delivery. Buyer’s remorse and sizing errors are not normally refundable since the item is unique to your order.
Defective or Wrong Items (30-Day Guarantee)
If your jersey arrives with one of the following issues, we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost:
- Printing defects (cracked, fading, peeling, misaligned)
- Wrong size compared to what you ordered
- Wrong color, team, name, or number compared to your order
- Damage during shipping (torn packaging, fabric damage)
- Stitching defects or fabric flaws
How to file a claim
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged)
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution — usually a free replacement shipped within 48 hours, or a full refund to your original payment method
You do not need to ship the defective item back unless we specifically request it (we usually don’t — the photos are enough).
Sizing Issues
Because each jersey is custom-printed with your name and number, we cannot resell it. If the size doesn’t fit, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement in the correct size. You keep the original.
To avoid sizing issues, please review our Size Chart carefully before ordering. Sizes vary by jersey style (Men’s, Women’s, Youth).
Changes of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
Custom-made jerseys are not eligible for return based on change of mind. Once production starts, the jersey is unique to your order and cannot be resold.
If you change your mind within 12 hours of ordering and production has not yet started, we can cancel and refund in full. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Funds will appear in your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within an additional 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Items damaged by improper care (incorrect washing, drying, ironing on prints)
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
- Items received as part of a final-sale, clearance, or special promotion (we will note this on the product page if applicable)
