• Production begins quickly after order placement (typically within 12 hours)
• Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled
• The jersey is unique to your order and not resellable
• Return policies for custom items differ from off-the-shelf goods (see our Return Policy)

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is required at time of order; we accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Trademark & Fair Use Notice

Purrsonal Sports is an independent fan store. Team names, logos, color schemes, and player references appearing on our jerseys are used as fan-inspired customization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA, or any of their member teams. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

By placing an order, you confirm that the personalization (name and number) you choose is for your personal use and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Our website design, copy, and original artwork are the property of Purrsonal Sports. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission. See our Intellectual Property Rights page for DMCA process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purrsonal Sports is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific order
