Our Position

Purrsonal Sports is an independent fan-driven custom apparel store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any professional sports league, university, team, or individual player. Our products are inspired by the colors, themes, and styles that fans love.

Trademark Use

Team names, league names, mascot references, and color schemes appearing on shop.purrsonalgifts.com or on our products are used in their nominative fair-use capacity — that is, to describe the team a fan-customized jersey is inspired by. We do not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA, individual teams, etc.).

We do not reproduce official league logos, team logos, or player likenesses on our products in any form that would mislead a customer into believing the jersey is an officially-licensed product.

Customer Personalization Responsibility

When you place an order, you choose the custom name and number to be printed. By submitting this customization, you confirm that:

• The name and number are for your personal use
• You have the right to use the chosen name (e.g. it is your own name, a family member’s, or a fictional character)
• The customization does not violate the rights of any third party

Purrsonal Sports is not responsible for personalization choices that may infringe on third-party rights.

Our Original Content

The design of shop.purrsonalgifts.com, our written copy, our product photography (where applicable), and our brand assets are the original work of Purrsonal Sports and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

DMCA Takedown Process
