We’re incredibly proud to maintain a high satisfaction rate with our custom-made gifts.
Every product is uniquely created using quality materials and professional printing techniques to ensure your design comes out beautifully. ✨

But we know mistakes can happen — and if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry!
Just contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be here to help. 💌

🛡️ Our “Made-Right Promise”

If your item arrives:

✨ Materially different from your approved design
✨ Printed or made incorrectly
✨ Or produced on the wrong product

…we will happily remake or refund the affected items — whichever you prefer.

If a remake isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund for those items instead. 💗
Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

❌ Order Cancellations

Because all Purrsonal Gifts items are custom-made, a portion of your payment goes toward personalization and setup.

Here’s how cancellations work:

  • 🕒 Before production begins:
    Email us your order number and request — we’ll cancel it free of charge.

  • 🔧 After production has started:
    A $20 customization/restocking fee per item will apply since your order is already being made specifically for you.

💵 Refunds

Refunds are issued based on the original amount paid, minus:

  • Shipping fees

  • Customization fees (if applicable)

  • Discounts or promotional reductions

Once your return or claim is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. 💌

💳 Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle to reflect on your statement.

⚠️ Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • 🕓 All sales become final after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • 🎁 Personalized items cannot be returned due to customer error (wrong size, wrong photo, wrong customization entered), so please double-check your design before placing your order.

  • 🔄 Purrsonal Gifts reserves the right to update or adjust this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
